Terms of service

These terms are between you (the merchant installing MRPReady, or a visitor to this site) and [FOUNDER NAME], [CITY], India ("we"). By installing the app or using the site you accept them.

What MRPReady is

A software tool that records your product prices, displays information you provide on your storefront, and helps you keep a record of your own self-audit. It is not legal advice, and it does not certify, guarantee or represent that your store complies with any law.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of everything your store displays, including prior prices you enter yourself, product declarations, seller details and your self-audit certificate.
• The self-audit certificate is your declaration. Issue it only if the answers you gave are true.
• Decide for yourself, with advice where needed, which rules apply to your business and how.

Plans, billing and cancellation

The Free plan costs nothing. Paid plans are billed by Shopify through your Shopify account, in the currency and on the cycle shown when you approve the charge, after any free trial. You can change plan or cancel at any time from the app or by uninstalling; Shopify's billing terms govern proration and refunds.

Acceptable use

Do not use the app or the free store check to break the law, to attack or overload any system, or to display information you know to be false.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service running but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Price changes on your store are normally reflected on the storefront within a few minutes. We may change features or these terms; material changes will be noted in the app or on this page.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided as is, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the app in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for penalties, notices or claims arising from what your store displays or declares.

Ending

You can stop at any time by uninstalling. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at [CITY] have jurisdiction.
